Did you serve in the military, or are you actively serving?
If so, you are probably able to use a VA loan.

Just like the FHA program, the VA loan program is sponsored by the government, but the government doesn’t lend you the money. They make the rules for this loan program, and lenders follow these established rules.

VA loans allow you to buy a home with NO DOWN PAYMENT.
The strange thing about this is even though there is no down payment, veterans have a great payment record on their mortgages.
VA loans have the best payment record of any loan program.

Normally the interest rates are very good, too.
